Mothers Day Flapjacks

Here’s an idea:

Make your mom some delish flapjack in bed for Mother’s Day!


Nothing shows how much you love someone like baking does! My mom is my number one supporter and no matter what I cook or bake for her she always eats it with a smile on her face (even though 90% of the time I will mess up my recipe and it tastes gross 🤣). But I promise this recipe isn’t a flop.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup oats

- 1 cup milk of your choice

- 2 banana

- 1 flaxegg

- 1 tbsp coco powder

- 2 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- Pinch of salt


Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until the batter is smooth (about 1 minute).

Heat a pan over medium heat. Coat with cooking spray.

For each flapjack, drop 1/4 cup of batter into the pan.

Cook 2-3 minutes, until flapjack is lightly browned.

Flip the flapjack and cook another 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

Make sure to coat the pan before every flapjack. Top with your Moms favorite fruit and other toppings. Enjoy every bite made with love!
